Kunde & Co assisted Sidel in developing a concept that strengthens the company's position as a complete line provider. The campaign has been implemented in print, blog posts, website, films and social media. To date, it has generated more than 17,500 website visits, had an engagement rate seven times higher than the industry average and generated more than 230 leads in the campaign period.
Together with Kunde & Co, PFA developed a new value position in the market, "Bygger på forståelse" ("Based on understanding" in English). Kunde & Co developed internal activities which were introduced to all 1,000 employees to ensure the organisation's new market position was securely anchored internally.

FertiliTech had revolutionised the IVF industry and grown significantly over a short amount of time, but was seeing increased competition. Kunde & Co analysed the market and identified the right positioning alongside a corporate story that could bring together both the employees, distributors and customers. This was rolled out in a creative concept placing their customers as the heroes. It was launched at the biggest IVF fair, generating much positive feedback and press.
