The new Avaloq brand story and concept “simplicity for a new era” represents a unique position within the markets of Avaloq. “The new era” is the fast-paced, digital world of today and tomorrow, and the reality for clients and society as a whole. “Simplicity” represents Avaloq’s DNA and long-standing excellence in efficiency and automation. The story connects the present with the future and enables Avaloq to tell the story of how to handle their customer’s challenges: make it simple – from back-to-front and front-to-back.
As part of the annual business kick-off, the new brand story and concept were launched. “Simplicity for a new era” – this is the external brand promise derived from the Avaloq strategy. It also sets the direction internally, for simplifying the ways of working. At the kick-off event the new brand story and concept were introduced through key notes speeches as well as dedicated workshop activities.
As key brand touch point and important part of the customer journey, the Avaloq website underwent a comprehensive redesign. It got enhanced with a contemporary design, combined with a software feel and seamless user journeys with enriched content highlighting the innovative Avaloq solutions. On top of that, a digital ecosystem driving lead automation through HubSpot was implemented.
